Have you been indicted or convicted and will you soon be going to a federal prison or a federal prison camp as a first time inmate? While no two prisons are exactly the same and regardless if it's federal or state or if you are a man or a woman, the day-to-day life of their inmates is quite similar.

Your attorney has never been to prison. They don't know what being a first time inmate is like. Some people hire prison consultants to teach them about prison. The trouble with that is most prison consultants out there have never been to prison either. I have. I've helped hundreds of men and women prepare for federal prison and federal prison camp and I can help you to do the same.
What You have to know
when you have to go
Going to a federal prison or federal prison camp for the first time can be a very difficult time. Those first few weeks you spend incarcerated will be, without a doubt, the hardest. Regardless if you are a man or a women it's during this time that you will learn about the two sets of rules that exist in prison. The first set is the institutional rules that the prison guards and staff will expect you to follow. The second and more important set is the inmate's rules. These are the unwritten rules that the other inmates will demand that you follow. Most first time inmates will learn these inmate's rules the hard-way, but you don't have to.

Teaching You How To Be
An Inmate
I realize that most people who are going to prison don't have the thousands of dollars to hire a prison consultant. Their funds have gone to their attorneys and fines. This is why I now offer my "Federal Prison & Federal Prison Camp - A Beginner's Guidebook For First Time Inmates" to those individuals and their families that wish to learn as much as possible about what being a first time inmate in a federal prison or federal prison camp will be like, but don't have the money to hire a consultant. This is the same guidebook that I use in my private sessions with clients.
My guidebook is available to be read instantly online, mailed to you in it's paperback form or downloaded to your pc. It's available through Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Borders, Target and many other book stores or you can order it directly through me. Just click on the picture of the guidebook to learn more. (The online version is only available by clicking on the picture of the guidebook.)
Should be mandatory

"A few months ago I ordered your guidebook for my son who has been sentenced to 18 months in hopefully low security federal prison. The judge said he did not want to impose this sentence (which was well below the guidelines) but wanted to send a message to the community. My son, who has never been in any kind of trouble before, made a poor choice and has to pay an extremely harsh penalty for it. Your book gives us hope. None of the other books were like yours. He lent the book to the federal public defender and her office will pass your information on as a resource to others. I just want to thank you for writing it and helping people like us to maintain hope in unthinkable circumstances. God bless you."........Linda
